In this day and age, I think that we all fall into the trap of focusing a little too much on the areas that we feel that we need to work on or achieve, rather than taking the time to take a good look at yourself and what you have achieved right now.

The Benefits Of Journalling

I began to journal around 2 and a half years ago and although I was extremely sceptical in the beginning, I found it to be a vital resource in helping me manage my anxiety on a daily basis.

Journalling was introduced to me as a great way to express yourself and learn more about your own thoughts and emotions, Once we understand our pattern of though we can begin to learn more about our personal triggers and how to manage them.

Yes, you guessed it, I’m talking about the entourage of posts about side hustles that suit anyone even down to the apparently ‘Broke and lazy’

With little or no start up costs they bombard us with ideas for getting our own side hustle going and even throw a screenshot or three in with the 4 digit figures earned overnight whilst they were sleeping.
