Have you ever experienced one of those situations when you see someone and then after an initial meeting you end up seeing them all of the time. Its generally somewhere awkward like the supermarket and after a brief exchange of pleasantries whilst fighting for a trolley, you part company but then bump into them on pretty much every aisle, Well that’s exactly what happened to me.
What better way to make the most of the Autumn season than by using it as an opportunity for change.
I began to journal around 2 and a half years ago and although I was extremely sceptical in the beginning, I found it to be a vital resource in helping me manage my anxiety on a daily basis.
Journalling was introduced to me as a great way to express yourself and learn more about your own thoughts and emotions, Once we understand our pattern of though we can begin to learn more about our personal triggers and how to manage them.
This season in particular always seems to create a perfect setting for a sense of comfort, warmth and a new outlook for the rest of the year.
Autumn is also one of the busiest times for festivities as we all begin to prepare for tasty treats, spooky costumes and crafty decorations.
