If you change your mind about an order, you have the right to cancel.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of order acknowledgement from us .
Should you wish to cancel your order you should notify us immediatly via the contact form or via email email@example.com
As long as your items have not been posted out to you already, We wil refund your payment back to the original source within 14 days including postage costs paid.
If your item has already been posted out to you and we are unable to cancel the order then please see below for our return policy-
If you change your mind about a product or it isnt quite right, you can return it to us.
We do not offer exchanges, Items can only be returned and refunded as per this policy.
We are happy to accept returns that are received back to us within 14 days of delivery for all items unless they are excluded (Please check product description before purchasing to check if the items are excluded from our return policy)
Sales items are non-returnable.
Digital Products are NON REFUNDABLE unless stated otherwise on the listing.
Please advise us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery if you would like to make a return and we will provide you with an address to send the items to.
Returned items must be-
Have all labels attached and be in a fully resalable condition
Be unworn (Clothing)
Be free from stains including but not inclusive of make up, fake tan or residue.
Be free from smells including but not inclusive of washing powder/smoke/perfume
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of the terms of this policy. as such the items will be returned to you at your expense, you will be notified in advance of these additional charges.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, all returns are at your own cost and will not be refunded.
You should always retain proof of postage from your chosen return courier or service.
WE cannot process a return and refund if we do not receive your parcel.
Refunds will only be credited to your original method of payment.
We always inspect all returned items so it is very important that they are returned in a good and resalable condition with all tags still originally attached, if they do not meet the standards of our return policy they will not be accepted for refund and re-delivery of the item will be at the customers expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US
Once you have notified us of your return please securly package the item and remember to include a note with your full order number, name and contact details. Without this information we will not know who the items belong to.
Once your items have been received and inspected by us please allow up to 14 days for your refund.
Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers or bank transfer times, they are completely outside of our control.
